Deliveries
Some destinations may experience 1-2 day delay, and our usual ETA schedule may not be maintained. Impacted destinations include Far North Qld, NT, WA, Tasmania and regional areas not serviced by Direct Freight Express (DFE) directly. This applies to shipments from all origin ports.
Additionally, please ensure the receiver is available to accept deliveries, as many businesses may be closed and home delivery receivers on holidays during this festive season, helping you save costs by avoiding redelivery charges.
